This is a celery soup that is easy to prepare. This soup will help you stay in shape all day long. You can make it with:

  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • One bunch celery and it has to be chopped
  • Four chopped green onions
  • One medium leek, the parts that are white and pale has to be chopped
  • One medium russet potato
  • Four cups of water and 2 teaspoons salt
  • One cup plain yogurt
  • Fresh parsley

Put the oil into a large heavy stockpot over medium-high heat and add the celery, onions and leek. You have to cook it until it begins to soften. That will take you about 8 to 10 minutes.
